Frenchic Browning Wax
Frenchic Browning Wax is a brown-tinted furniture wax designed to create aged, rustic and traditional decorative finishes.
It can be used to enhance surface texture, add warmth and deepen the appearance of painted furniture.
Apply to suitable bare wooden surfaces to highlight wood grain and enhance their natural character.
Browning Wax can also be applied over compatible Frenchic paint colours to create layered or distressed effects.
It is particularly effective for decorative projects involving furniture with carved details, mouldings and textured surfaces.
Frenchic Defining Wax
Frenchic Defining Wax is designed to emphasise decorative details, including carved furniture, panelling, mouldings and textured finishes.
Its tinted formulation helps create depth and contrast on suitable painted surfaces.
Apply over compatible Frenchic paint colours to deepen tones and create aged or characterful decorative effects.
For more pronounced detailing, apply carefully to recessed areas and remove excess wax from raised surfaces.

Frenchic White Wax is a white-tinted furniture wax designed to create softened, limed and washed decorative finishes.
When applied over compatible Frenchic paint colours, it can lighten the appearance of the underlying shade.

Coverage
A 400ml tin can cover approximately 10m² or more when applied in a thin layer, depending on the surface and application method.
Actual coverage will vary according to surface porosity, texture, application thickness and the desired decorative effect.
Thicker applications or highly textured surfaces may reduce the total coverage.
Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, loose material and other contaminants before applying furniture wax.
For newly painted furniture, allow the paint to dry sufficiently before waxing, following the relevant Frenchic paint instructions.
Remove any loose or flaking coatings from previously treated surfaces.
For bare wooden furniture, ensure the surface is suitably prepared, smooth and free from sanding dust.
Test the selected wax on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire project.
Application and Finishing
Apply a thin, even layer of furniture wax using a suitable wax brush or lint-free cloth.
Work the wax gently into the surface, paying particular attention to carved details, textured areas and decorative features where required.
Remove excess wax using a clean, lint-free cloth.
Allow the wax to settle and dry according to Frenchic's current application instructions.
Buff the surface with a clean, soft cloth to develop the desired sheen.
For tinted waxes, work in manageable sections to control colour intensity and achieve the required decorative effect.
Additional applications may be used where recommended by Frenchic and appropriate for the desired finish.
Allow freshly waxed furniture sufficient time to dry and develop its intended finish before returning it to normal use.
Avoid excessive moisture, abrasion and harsh cleaning products on newly waxed surfaces.
Clean finished furniture gently using suitable cleaning methods recommended by the manufacturer.
Waxed surfaces may require occasional maintenance or reapplication depending on wear and usage.
Cleaning and Storage
Close the container securely after use.
Clean application equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
