Recent trends:
Timber prices have been trending downward since 2022 and have not suffered significant changes recently.
Industry predictions:
There has been a slight increase since the last quarter of 2023, however the trend is to stabilize during the remainder of 2024, with the exception of grade timber that will probably have an increase soon.
Any important developments?
There is some optimism that these prices will remain for the short / medium term.
