Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 Patrick Rogers Limited (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) takes the privacy and security of your information very seriously. The Company Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how and for what purposes we use the information gathered by the Company website (the “Company Site”) www.mybuildingsupplies.ie and also what your rights are with respect of that data. 2. What personal information do we collect?

2.1 When you send us a message, sign up to receive emails, newsletters or other promotional communications, enter a contest or sweepstakes and/or when you otherwise voluntarily submit or provide information to us you may be required to provide the following information about yourself to us:

2.1.4 Phone Number.

2.2 When you visit the Company Site, our web server automatically records your IP address. This IP address is not directly linked to any of your personal information. We use IP addresses to help us administer the Company Site and to collect demographic information for aggregation purposes and have a retention policy of 1 month.

2.3 We may also gather other non-personal, non-identifiable information (from which we cannot identify you) such as the type of your internet browser, which we use to provide you with a more effective service.
