Do you offer free delivery?
Yes – we offer free delivery on all orders over €150. This excludes some bulk items as they incur additional significant delivery charges from our shipping partners. Any bulk product that has this bulk shipping charge will be identified on the product listing marked as bulk.
Our own fleet of trucks and lorries also offer a paid delivery service in our local area and on occasion in a wider area. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product or supplies – just get in touch in the normal way and we will help in every way we can.
How do I get trade discounts?
Trade discounts are available via our innovative ‘My Build Club’ service. This is a special part of our website that is perfect for anyone buying large quantities of products and supplies and this might include Trades people, Self Builders & Renovators and also DIY lovers.
It allows you to enjoy the same discounts you would get if you walked into our physical shop and used our helpful and friendly Trade Counter in person.
What type of accounts do you have?
We have a number of different types of accounts that suit different people;
- If you just want to buy a few things from our website and store your address and see your order info etc then you can just register for our normal web shop account.
- If you are a Trades person, Self Builder or DIY lover then a ‘My Build Club’ account is best and helps you save money and time
- Pay as you go Accounts in ‘My Build Club’
- Credit Accounts in ‘My Build Club’ (subject to our standard credit approval processes)
Can I pay my bills online if I have a My Build Club account?
Yes. It is very simple to pay your bill in your ‘My Build Club’ account. Just log in, register your preferred card and either pay your outstanding bill or top up your account as you desire.
Is VAT included in the price of products?
Yes. VAT is included in the price of all products and the VAT element can be seen in your order confirmation for both the products and any delivery charges.
I have an existing account with Topline Rogers in Ballymote - Will I be able to view my account info online?
Yes. You will need to provide us with an email address and then we can get your existing account activated online. You can then access your account at any time and see all of your ordering info, print off any documentation and order new products and supplies enjoying the same discount that you get at our Trade Counter if you came in person.
What if I want to return my order?
You can see all of the full info on our Product Return Policy here . You can always contact us in the normal ways if you have need any additional information.
What if my order is damaged on arrival or I don't want it anymore?

Can I add something to an order I have made?
Yes. If you have completed your order online but have additional items you want to include you can call us on 0818 888 000 and we will help you get any additional products that you require. We can take payment by phone and advise of any change to delivery charges at that time.
You can also check out again on our website and use the comment box to advise us of any instructions regarding additional items.
When products have already been dispatched with a third party delivery partner then unfortunately an additional delivery charge will apply to any additional products ordered.

We offer fast, nationwide delivery and use a number of different delivery providers depending on the type and size of product or supplies we are sending to you. We also have our own in house fleet of lorries, trucks and vans and deliver ourselves within roughly a 1 hour radius of Ballymote, County Sligo and further afield on occasion.

Why do some products have a bulk delivery charge?
Some big and bulky products incur significant delivery charges from our delivery partners so unfortunately this must be passed on. We always work to ensure any bulk delivery charges are as keen as they can be and we constantly try and improve these rates when we can.
There are no bulk delivery charges when we can utilise our own fleet and you can check any delivery charges simply using your Eir Code at the cart page during checkout. As always, just get in touch if you have any specific questions or queries regarding anything to do with delivery.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes – if your product or supplies is being shipped with one of delivery partners then you will receive tracking information via email.
If we are delivering your order ourselves then our helpful and friendly team will call you prior to your delivery.
Will I need to off load heavy materials myself?
Bulky goods will be delivered on pallets and will be unloaded by the courier. All bulky goods are delivered kerbside. Unfortunately, the delivery company will not convey the goods into premises for storage unless agreed in advance. Access to the delivery location must be suitable for a truck and failure to provide suitable level ground for operating pallet truck may result in refusal to deliver by the courier.
Every effort will be made to unload the truck using mechanical lifting equipment. In certain circumstances this may not be possible and customers will be told in advance if help is required to unload. Please note delivery operators will apply safe procedures in relation to ongoing Corona Virus threat.
Exceptional Goods: Some building materials are extremely bulky and not practical to deliver outside Co. Sligo. We have highlighted where this is the case in bold red writing on each relevant product page. If you do order these products we will contact you to see if you want to pay an additional delivery charge or if you wish to cancel the order. Please do not take offence to this as some bulky goods may cost much more to deliver than the value of the goods. We are based in Sligo so can offer a local delivery service in this area using our own vehicles.
If there is a forklift or teleporter available onsite, we would appreciate if you could tell us in advance by filling out the special delivery notes when completing the order.
The Seller or the courier company will not be held responsible for any damage to goods or persons caused by the goods being unloaded by the buyer.

My Build Club helps you save money and time. If you are a Trade professional, Self Builder or DIY lover then you can get trade discounts just like you would at our Trade Counter - along with having all of your paperwork in the one place.
How do I save money?
You will enjoy the same trade discounts online that you would get if you used our Trade Counter in person. We have built this innovative and unique service so that Trades people, Self Builders and DIY lovers can save time and money on products and supplies.
Discount levels are applied to your account after registering and us authorising your account. These savings and discounts will then be visible to you when you are logged in to your My Build Club account on your phone, tablet or PC.
How do I save time?
All of your previous orders are visible and allow you to easily order these again. You can use the ‘Wishlist’ to note products that are required and then access this list at anytime once you are ready to buy them.
All of your invoices and paperwork are also in the one place. This will save you a massive amount of admin time when supplying documentation to anyone or any lenders etc along with VAT returns as and when required.
Trades people can even create a personalised quote and add your own branding. Just turn on the create quote function, add products to it and personalise the pricing displayed on it.
You simply download it as a pdf and then email it to your customer.
What type of My Build Club accounts are there?
There are two types of accounts in the My Build Club service;
- Pay as you go Accounts
- These allow you to get trade discounts and savings and enjoy all of the functionality of our unique service. You will commit to a certain level of spend and once your account is activated and authorised by us you will see all of your discounts and savings when logged in on your phone, tablet or PC.
- You can top up your account with any major credit or debit card through our secure top up system.
- Credit Accounts
- Credit Accounts allow you to enjoy credit terms of various lengths. These accounts are subject to our normal credit check and authorisation process and you can discuss this with us by phone on 0818 888 000
How do I get a credit account?
You can apply for a Credit Account via My Build Club . Our standard credit checking process will apply and this is managed by our Accounts team. You can have a chat with us about this at any time on 0818 888 000.
